Testimonies from Uganda

Check out this video of the Uganda Team giving testimonies from their trip to Uganda the sunday after they returned.

Promoting the Kingdom of God on the earth is a responsibility. Jesus came preaching and teaching that the Kingdom of Heaven was at hand. His total focus was to promote God’s Kingdom. In His last words he commanded the saints to "Go and make disciples of all nations" and later in Acts 1:8 he said, "You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all of Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Jesus opened the way for us to follow in his footsteps and he promised us the grace and the power to accomplish his will.

Jesus was an example of love in action powered by the Holy Spirit to promote the Kingdom of God. It is now our calling to pick up the cross and follow him in his missions to redeem the lost, and ultimately to open the way for Christ to return for his bride and usher in the Kingdom of Heaven to rule over the earth.

Ask Jesus what you can do to promote His Kingdom in your families, your neighborhood, your workplace, your playgrounds, in your church and in your community and to the ends of the earth. Yes, we are all called to proclaim the good news about the love of Jesus Christ and promote His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

Join the Missions Team at Mid Atlantic Community Church as we step out with Christ in our community, across the borders and oceans to promote all that he is doing to welcome

A Vision For Outreach

The MACC Missions Team began in the fall of 2004 as part of Pastor Lew Schrumm’s vision for our church to help spread the love of God to different parts of the world.  As our church grows, our missions outreach will also grow.  We remain committed to support, equip and encourage local and international ministry partnership.

The funding for MACC’s missions work comes from a commitment to tithe ten percent (10%) of offerings and gifts.  As tithing grows, we feel that it is God’s direction for us to bless others accordingly.

Local Missions

Our Missions plan is to reach the lost for Christ - first with local missions in our own backyard, with the unborn and with families, on the beaches, on the school campuses, in businesses, and even in the State Capitol. We have partnered with local ministries, local missionaries and with other church ministries.

International Missions

Internationally, our plan is to reach across the seas through valuable relationships in Central and South America, Turkey, Asia, Africa and Europe. By networking with partnerships, MACC is encouraging our people to do the work of the ministry with orphans, schools, sports, medical teams, discipleship, training pastors and planting churches. God has blessed us with financial resources and spiritual growth for the building up of the Body of Christ.
